8 Week Wellness Kick-Start

1-on-1 personalised coaching designed to help you create real, lasting shifts—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What’s included:

  • 8 x 1:1 sessions via Zoom (1 x 90 minute session, 7 x 45 minute sessions)
  • Creating your personalised goal setting and wellness plan
  • Support between sessions
  • Practical tools, prompts, and resources
