Wellness coaching is about empowering and supporting you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that work for you.

I work with women aged 45–60 who are ready to take control of their wellness. Whether you're navigating a health challenge or simply want to feel more authentically you, I'm here to guide and support you.

Together, we’ll explore the areas of your wellbeing you want to improve, create a vision for the life you want to lead, and put in place small, sustainable steps toward building the lifestyle that works for you.

Through our work together, you’ll learn strategies to help you feel empowered and confident.
